This Privacy Policy explains how shrp ("shrp", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use shrp.gg.
Account data: Email address, password hash (never stored in plain text), authentication provider (email or Google), and the date your account was created.
Profile data: Bankroll amount, currency, and risk profile — only if you choose to set them during onboarding. You can clear these at any time.
Usage data: Number of on-demand agent runs per day and per month, for quota enforcement.
Chat sessions: For Pro and Pro+ users, analysis and support chat sessions are stored so you can access them across devices. Free users' chats are ephemeral.
Prediction history: Records of which analyses you ran, stored for the public /track leaderboard and for improving our agent.
Payment data: We do not store credit card numbers or bank details. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
We use your data to: provide and improve the shrp service; enforce plan quotas; process payments; send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset); and communicate service updates.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL on AWS infrastructure). All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is protected by Row-Level Security policies — you can only read and write your own data. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data required for each service to function.
shrp uses only functional cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
You have the right to: access the data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; delete your account and all associated data; export your data. To exercise these rights, email support@shrp.gg or use the "Delete account" button in your account settings.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete all personal data within 30 days. Anonymised aggregate usage data (no personally identifiable information) may be retained for analytics.
shrp is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be notified by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
